Yes. Strip lashes are included with makeup services unless otherwise noted. We also provide cluster lashes for Bride
No. Our artists regularly work with clients who have individual lash extensions and are experienced in applying makeup around them with care. Airbrush makeup, foundation, powder, eyeshadow, and other makeup products will not normally affect your lash extensions.
In the event that a small amount of product gets on the lashes during application, we can typically clean them up without disturbing the extensions. Our goal is to ensure your makeup looks flawless while keeping your lashes looking their best.
Yes. The price remains the same whether or not you choose to wear the strip lashes included with your makeup service.
This is similar to a package that includes multiple elements—the price is based on the complete makeup service experience, not solely on the lashes provided.
No. Clients are responsible for providing any hair accessories they would like incorporated into their hairstyle, including veils, clips, combs, pins, tiaras, fresh flowers, or other decorative pieces. We are happy to place and secure your accessories as part of your hairstyling service.

Yes. Bridal trials are available and highly recommended. A trial allows us to discuss your vision, review inspiration photos, and refine your desired hair and makeup look before the wedding day.
We generally recommend scheduling your trial between one and six months before your wedding day. You can also schedule your trial session on pre-wedding events days like rehearsals, or welcome parties.
Timing varies depending on the number of people receiving services and the styles requested. Once your booking is confirmed, we will create a customized beauty schedule for your wedding morning.
Touch-up services are available for brides who would like additional support before the ceremony, after first-look photos, or during other portions of the wedding day.
For makeup services, we recommend arriving with a clean, makeup-free face, product-free face. All eye patch and face mask residue should be removed.
For hairstyling services, hair should be clean, completely dry.
Yes. Additional hairstyling changes, makeup changes, or touch-up services can be arranged for brides who would like a second look for their reception, photographs, or evening celebrations.

Yes. Bride & Beauty is a mobile bridal beauty team serving wedding venues, villas, hotels, and private residences throughout Jamaica. We regularly travel to Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay, Trelawny, Hanover, Portland, Kingston, St. Andrew, St. Catherine, and surrounding areas.
Travel fees apply and are based on location.
Travel fees are based on the wedding location and cover the time, transportation costs, and logistics required for our team to travel to your venue.
Travel fees are charged per booking—not per person. Whether we are providing services for one person or an entire bridal party, the travel fee remains the same because it reflects the cost of bringing our professional team and equipment to your location.
As a mobile beauty company, travel fees allow us to provide on-location services throughout Jamaica while ensuring our artists arrive prepared and on time for your wedding day.
Absolutely. Many of our brides travel to Jamaica from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other countries for destination weddings. Our team is experienced in working with destination brides and coordinating beauty services remotely before arrival.
A non-refundable retainer of 20% is required to secure your wedding date. Once the retainer is received, a contract outlining the agreed services will be provided for review and signature.
The remaining balance is due five business days before the wedding date.
We accept several payment methods, including bank transfers, wire transfers, PayPal, and Zelle. Additional payment information will be provided during the booking process.
We understand that wedding plans can evolve. Please notify us as soon as possible regarding any additions or changes to your services so we can make the necessary staffing and scheduling adjustments.
For weddings in Kingston, St. Andrew, and St. Catherine, we are generally able to accommodate bookings of various sizes, subject to availability.
For Friday and Saturday weddings on the North and South Coast, we typically require a minimum of four persons receiving services. Exceptions may apply for weddings in Ocho Rios and Runaway Bay. Please contact us for availability and options for your specific date and location.
To keep the booking process simple and organized, we require a single designated person to coordinate payments and communication for the booking.
While members of the bridal party may choose to reimburse one another privately, Bride & Beauty does not typically collect separate payments from individual members of the group.
